Marzipan and Fondant Cake Coverage Quantities
Once the cake is made, you can look forward to decorating it. However, how much marzipan to buy is often asked. Therefore I have provided a quick guide to the quantities required when using marzipan or fondant icing.
The amounts give a good coverage which will keep the cake moist and also make it easy to cover without the problems of holes and tears.
